Just Instant rise.I was loooking sooo long for a good bagel recipe, I’ve tried several ones but I always missed the “aaaah, well, I’m back to NYC” thought… So I’ll try your recipe this coming weekend.The verdict? Good.

One question……if I want to make mini bagels (I know – “why?”) do I need to make any modifications to the recipe? To tell the truth, I saw a cool idea for napkin rings made of bread dough but I think mini bagels would be MUCH better…….What do you think?.

After reading the recipe and realizing I could probably make these I decided to go for it.The writing is good enough to read on its own, the pictures are drool-inducing, and the recipes cover a fairly wide range of skill levels and are uniformlydelicious.The first batch turned out so well yesterday that I made a double batch today.
